The same person, coming back.
Not a new lead.
A CRM built for deals treats every enquiry as a fresh opportunity. Appointment-led businesses work the other way: the same people return, for different reasons, over years. MIKA keeps one record per person and hangs each visit off it — so you can see a history, not a pile of tickets.
The record
Everything they told you,
on one timeline.
Their assessment answers, every note, every call, every message, every appointment and every status change — in order, with real dates and times. One composer sits at the top and swaps by what you are doing, so the record is something you work in, not a page you read.
- People, then episodes
A returning patient is the same person with a new episode — not a duplicate lead to merge later.
- Absolute times, always
Dates and times are stated, not "3 days ago", so a history you read months later still means something.
- Assessment answers stay attached
What they told a magnet arrives on the record of the person who told it.

Sent the day before the appointment.
ScheduledAppointments
Booked, confirmed,
and actually remembered.
You schedule it, or the customer books it themselves from a magnet. Either way the confirmation and calendar invite go out, and reminders reach both of you — a day before and an hour before. Rescheduling moves the appointment and keeps the history attached to it.
- Reminders to both parties
One day and one hour before. The customer is reminded too, not just you.
- Their timezone, not yours
The confirmation and the calendar file render in the attendee’s timezone.
- Sent exactly once
Every send is guarded by an outbox record, so a retry can never send twice.
Messages
WhatsApp and email,
without a middleman.
MIKA does not sit between you and your customer. WhatsApp opens your WhatsApp, email opens your mail app — you write it, in your own voice, from your own number and address. MIKA just writes it down afterwards, so the timeline stays complete without anything being intercepted.
- Your number, your address
No sending service in the middle, so nothing about the conversation changes.
- Logged automatically
The message appears on the timeline as soon as you send it.
- Nothing sensitive is stored twice
Contact details and message context are never written to logs or sent to a model.

ConfirmedFeedback
The visit ends.
The proof starts.
Most businesses ask for a review when they remember to, which is to say rarely, and usually of the customers they already know are happy. MIKA asks every attended appointment, shortly after it happens, while it is still fresh — so the reviews you collect are from people who actually came, about the visit they actually had. The review lands on that person’s record, and it belongs to you.
- Asked automatically, once
The request goes out after the appointment is marked attended — not to a list, and never twice to the same visit.
- Real reviews, from real visits
Only someone with an attended appointment is asked, so nothing here is written by anyone who was not in the room.
- It is your reputation, not ours
The rating belongs to your business and your Google profile. More reviews and better ratings are part of how Google decides local prominence — so the loop ends where it started, in being found.
